Description

jQuery has progressed in numerous versions. On a whim I decided to check to see if there are any known security vulnerabilities with the version of jquery that I have been using. While I am at it, I am going to look into what the features, filesizes and other goodies I can find in regards to jQuery.

Article

Just completed some research on jQuery and related security vulnerabilities. While I am in preference of the smaller filesize of the 1.x versions, I have come to the conclusion that 3.x versions are the only way to go when considering security.

Snyk.io list of XSS and DOS vulnerabilities that maybe possible with different jQuery versions.
